Peppol is one network, but every country decides how a company proves who it is. That is what sets the list below — not the network, and not our roadmap.
You can send to the whole network. Any Peppol participant, wherever it is registered, whatever this page says. What changes by country is where you can issue from — because that is where we have to verify your company.

Every invoice on the network is judged against 335 rules that apply everywhere. 8 countries add their own on top of that — a Dutch invoice has to carry a Dutch company number, a German one has different requirements again — and getting those wrong means the network rejects the invoice after you thought it was sent.
So a country is only self-serve here when we can do two things: check the declared Peppol identifier through the relevant verification source, and account for that country's own rules on our side. Where one of the two is missing, we do it with you rather than let you find out from a rejection.
